Save shipping costs! In Canada you qualify for free shipping if your order is $100 or more before tax. Under these amounts, shipping is $9.95 in Canada. Free shipping does not apply to U.S. and international orders; U.S. and international shipping is charged at the actual rate.

DELIVERY:

Product orders are delivered to your home/office.
Orders are usually shipped 1-5 business days after they are received, subject to product availability. If an item is temporarily unavailable from our suppliers you will be informed promptly by e-mail or telephone.

In Canada delivery time is 1-2 business days. Canadian orders are shipped by Xpresspost.

RETURNS:

• All returns require prior authorization from Knaturals Inc. We cannot process a return without one.
• All products returned must be unopened and in resaleable condition, that is no damage.
• Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please phone us ahead of time to obtain your RA number (Returns Authorization).
• A 20% restocking fee applies. The cost of shipping is non-refundable
